This is a long term temporary, fully onsite role located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, anticipated to last through early June of 2026.
Pay Rate: $28-30/hr DOE
Our client, a private school in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to add to their team!
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of a social media strategy across marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Produce weekly emails and bi-weekly newsletters utilizing specialized, education-specific content management system.
- Create marketing materials for school programs and events targeting key stakeholders in the school ecosystem.
- Produce video and photo content for distribution via social media.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain school website.
- Design promotional materials such as advertisements and direct mail, partnering with external vendors to meet deadlines for production and distribution.
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2+ years of marketing coordination experience, preferably in an educational environment.
- 1-3 years of organic social media marketing experience.
- High School Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Two to four years of experience in managing and maintaining a CRM database.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva for use in digital, print, and website marketing.
- Experience with content management systems strongly preferred.
