Pay Rate: $23-24/hour DOE
Our client, a leading manufacturer for national brands, is looking for a Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist to add to their team!
Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders received via website and email into internal proprietary software system.
- Prepare and send quotes to customers.
- Respond to or route incoming service requests via phone with efficiency.
- Track order status and shipments via internal systems and carrier websites.
- Maintain timely, professional email communication with customers.
- Support general inside sales and customer service activities.
Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of office, customer service, or inside sales experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple orders/tasks.
- Comfortable working with data entry systems and tracking information
- Direct, concise communicator with professional phone presence
- Comfortable with service technicians and customers
- Experience with order entry, ERP systems, service dispatch, building materials, or high-volume email communication preferred.
