Our client, a digital health company in the consumer healthcare space, is seeking a Member Experience Team Lead to support daily team operations and help deliver a high-quality member experience. This role combines frontline team leadership with operational oversight and is ideal for someone who can balance service, execution, and team development in a fast-paced environment. This person will help guide day-to-day workflows, support team performance, and partner with leadership to maintain service quality and operational consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily team workflows and help ensure work is prioritized and completed effectively
- Provide guidance and support to frontline team members throughout the day
- Monitor team performance, service levels, and workflow efficiency
- Support escalations, issue resolution, and service-related challenges as needed
- Coach team members through regular feedback, development conversations, and performance support
- Partner with leadership on performance management, team effectiveness, and operational improvements
- Reinforce service standards, process consistency, and quality expectations
- Identify workflow gaps and opportunities to improve team operations and member experience
Qualifications
- Experience leading or supervising customer support, member services, or operations teams
- Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to coach, support, and develop individual contributors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working across teams
- Healthcare, consumer health, or service operations experience is a plus
