About the Opportunity
We are a staffing agency that partners with companies across multiple industries to support their administrative and office operations. Our clients frequently engage us for a variety of administrative roles, and this posting is designed to build a strong pipeline of qualified administrative professionals for current and upcoming opportunities.

Roles vary by client, team size, and business needs, and may be temporary, long-term, or permanent.

Roles We Commonly Staff

Depending on your background and interests, opportunities may include:
  • Administrative Assistant ($18–$25/hr)
  • Executive Assistant ($25–$40+/hr)
  • Office Manager ($25–$40/hr)
  • Receptionist / Front Desk ($18–$24/hr)
  • Project or Operations Coordinator ($22–$35/hr)
  • Data Entry / Administrative Support ($18–$22/hr)
Pay is driven by experience, scope of responsibility, and client expectations.

General Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)

Responsibilities vary by position but may include:
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Answering phones and managing front-desk responsibilities
  • Email correspondence and document preparation
  • Data entry, reporting, and file management
  • Meeting coordination and travel arrangements
  • Supporting executives, teams, or departments

Qualifications
  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred (entry-level roles available)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication

  • Degree not always required; experience is highly valued
