Salesforce Administrator (Contract to Hire)
Job Type: Contract to Hire (3 Months)
Hourly Rate: $55-$60/hour
Conversion Salary: ~$110,000 annually
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and maintain the Salesforce platform for our Member Operations organization. This role is responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience, understands automation and reporting, and can collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity with full remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including:
- User management, profiles, roles, and permission sets
- Security settings and access controls
- Data management and governance
- Configure and customize Salesforce features, including:
- Custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, flows, and validation rules
- Reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing performance tracking
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency using best practices and tools such as Salesforce Data Loader
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights
- Provide ongoing user training and support to maximize Salesforce adoption and effectiveness
- Monitor Salesforce releases and new features, assess business impact, and implement enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues across functionality, configuration, and data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Salesforce integrations with telephony and other business systems
- Continuously evaluate and improve Salesforce processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Support flexible schedules and occasional after-hours work as business needs require
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Automation (Workflows, Flows)
- Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
- Salesforce Data Loader
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration best practices
- Experience with telephony integration and Omnichannel capabilities within Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills, including:
- Data synthesis
- Root cause analysis
- Trend monitoring and anomaly detection
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical findings
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Member Operations teams
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations with external business systems
- Experience in contract-to-hire or fast-paced operational environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
